From starting with single plot residential housing schemes and self-builds, to large-scale commercial groundwork packages and fully bespoke luxury one-off builds, carried out from the initial design phase to customer handover. We bring a personal, meticulous and accountable touch in a market that is becoming all too budget-driven and faceless.

 

Founded by Adam Cook, Cornerstone Civils was born out of a desire to do things the right way: with pride, precision, and a bit of old-school graft. Adam’s philosophy is simple. We live by the words: “Better the people around you.” That applies to our team and to the people we work with. Our leadership team has worked together for over 15 years. Most of our crew have been with us since day one, and that level of experience and teamwork shows on-site.

 

We are SMAS accredited, and our long-standing track record includes multiple NHBC Pride in the Job and Seal of Excellence awards. That recognition matters to us because we hold ourselves to higher standards, whether anyone is watching or not, and in anything we do.
